A fair price, in cash.
We pay a real multiple on trailing revenue, with most of the consideration upfront in cash and a growth bonus if the game keeps climbing. No equity dilution. No deferred handshake deals.
We acquire live Roblox experiences and run them as a portfolio — with a dedicated operating bench, growth budget, and a long hold horizon. If you've built something real, we'd like to talk about buying it.
Where the games we've bought stand today.
We pay a real multiple on trailing revenue, with most of the consideration upfront in cash and a growth bonus if the game keeps climbing. No equity dilution. No deferred handshake deals.
Our operating bench takes over LiveOps, monetization, paid UA, support, and infra. The game keeps its name, group, and creative voice. Players see updates land faster, not a rebrand.
Stay as creative lead with a comp package and operator support, or sell the game outright and move to your next project. Both are valid offers. We tell you which we'd prefer, then you choose.
A short paragraph and a Roblox link. We reply within five business days with an indicative price range — not a generic “thanks, we'll be in touch.”
One creator-to-creator about the game and your goals, one with our growth lead about retention and monetization data. No prep deck required.
We look at server costs, payouts, and analytics. You talk to two developers we've already bought from — including one whose game underperformed post-sale.
Plain-language purchase agreement, Roblox group transfer, cash wired. We've never missed our quoted close date in 47 acquisitions.
"Incredibly professional with their work, I stayed on as a creative lead on the project after selling my game and it was an amazing experience working with the Meta Soul team."
How do you decide what to pay?
A multiple on trailing 12-month Robux revenue, adjusted for retention shape and growth trajectory. We share our math with you on call two — you don't have to guess what's behind the number.
Will the game keep its name?
Yes. We've never renamed a game we've bought. It keeps its name, its Roblox group, its description, its thumbnails — players don't notice anything change except updates landing faster.
Do I have to stay on?
Up to you. Many sellers stay on as creative lead with a comp package. Many take the cash and move to their next project. Both deals exist; both close on the same six-week timeline.
How is the cash paid?
Most of the purchase price wired at close. A bonus pool tied to growth milestones over the next 24 months — paid in cash, not equity, on transparent triggers we agree up front.
What about my team and contractors?
Anyone you want to keep on, we keep on — usually with a comp upgrade. We don't run reductions. If someone wants to leave with you, that's also fine.
Can I talk to a developer who's sold to you?
Always. Before any paperwork we'll connect you with two — including one whose game underperformed the growth bonus, so you hear the bad version too.
One of our three acquisition leads — Andrew, Theo, or Iris — will reply within five business days, usually with an indicative price range. We don't use a CRM funnel and we don't outsource intake. If we're not the right buyer for your game, we'll say so on the first reply.
